The round cutting knife has 6 cutting sides that can be changed easily. The self-adjusting knife-holder ensures equal pressure on the cutting knife. There are 2 cutters delivered in one set on your own choice 6x1mm, 6x2mm or 6x3mm. 

 

The CC2000 is a test to measure the adhesion of dry coats of paint on their substrate by means of a series of 6 / 11 blades. Two series of Lines are cut at right angles to obtain a pattern of 25 / 100 squares. The ruled area is evaluated (by using a table chart) after a short treatment with a stiff brush, or adhesive tape (hard substrates). 

Cross cut adhesion test to measure the adhesion of coatings up to 250 µm thick. The depth of cut is adjustable, so is the blade. The blade holder is kept at a set distance from the surface with the aid of two wheels (ball bearings) 

Multi-functional stainless steel measuring tool. Can be used for : a 1-(1,5)-2-3mm pane adhesion test according NEN-EN-ISO 2409 :2003 and ASTM D3359 (X-cut) andreas cross, measuring wet film thickness from 50 up to 160 microns, checking for correct cover of edges, film apllicator from 0 to 180 µm as well as providing an indication of the viscosity of the coating. Delivery includes cutting tool and tape.
